Meydomo publishes research, guides, and operational playbooks to help sellers navigate flat-fee MLS decisions. Our goal is clarity, not hype. Still, these materials are not a substitute for legal, tax, or brokerage advice personalized to your transaction.

AI-assisted drafting

  • Every article starts with human research. We synthesize MLS rules, statutes, and vendor documentation before drafting.
  • GPT-5 models generate outlines, copy edits, and alternative phrasings. Human editors fact-check the results and own the final call on tone and accuracy.
  • AI-generated passages are reviewed against primary sources. If we cannot verify a claim in writing, it is removed.

Independence & monetization

  • We do not sell rankings, charge pay-to-play fees, or accept referral commissions from flat-fee vendors. If that ever changes, we will disclose it prominently.
  • Product teams report separately from revenue functions. Editorial decisions are protected from sales quotas.
  • Vendors can submit factual corrections through our intake form; they cannot demand removal of unfavorable findings unless a fact is wrong.
