Meydomo Buy

The seller has a CMA. You have your agent's opinion. Let's fix that.

For thirty years, the buyer has walked into the biggest financial decision of their life with less information than the person on the other side of the table. The seller's agent runs a comparative market analysis. The buyer's agent offers an opinion. One side has data. The other side has a conversation. Meydomo gives both sides the same document.

Cooperative compensation collected. Any excess above $1,998 rebated to you at closing. On a $500,000 purchase at 3%, that's $13,002 back in your pocket.

Cash buyers receive this at closing. Financed purchases: your lender typically requires it be applied to closing costs or a rate buydown rather than paid out as cash.

Ata IQ

Ata IQ — your agent. Both sides. Seller. Buyer. Same AI. Same broker. Same data.

On the sell side, Ata IQ is your listing agent — voice intake, document assembly, 14-step workflow, licensed broker review. On the buy side, he's your buyer's agent — he describes what you want, dispatches Scout to find it across every source, and submits your offer when you're ready. The Meydomo Florida broker covers both transactions. Neither side waits on a human to schedule a call.

Talk to Ata IQ. Scout finds it everywhere.

Scout is Ata IQ's autonomous search companion — not an MLS search. You talk with Ata IQ until you've agreed on exactly what you're looking for — price range, size, location, investment criteria. Ata IQ translates that conversation into a structured search goal, then dispatches Scout across every source simultaneously — MLS across Florida counties, county clerk records, FSBO platforms, and off-market wholesale networks. Results appear live in your feed as each source completes. You can hone the criteria and run it again, or order a HomeIQ Outlook on any property that looks right.

The MLS is one channel. Scout searches everywhere — including county clerk recordings that surface motivated sellers before they become public listings.

Every kind of sale, every kind of buyer

Some sellers need a fast, discreet, as-is sale. Others want full service and maximum price. Most fall somewhere in between — and Meydomo handles all of it under one brokerage, one methodology. That means the inventory you see spans the same range: quick-close opportunities for cash buyers, traditionally marketed listings for pre-qualified buyers, and everything the MLS would show you anyway.

Search Surface That Grows

The search surface grows autonomously. New data sources are registered, not deployed. As new listing platforms emerge, Scout's reach expands without structural changes.

The seller's data, in your hands. $4.95.

On any property — Meydomo-listed or not — you pull a HomeIQ Outlook for $4.95 single or $49 for twelve. It's the same comps, same methodology, and same number the seller used to set the price. Less than a coffee. The same data both sides read. That's not a marketing line — it's the mechanism that ends three decades of one side negotiating blind.

Every HomeIQ Outlook comes in two versions. One leads with the numbers — valuation, comparables, condition adjustment. The other leads with the neighborhood — livability, community context, then the financials. Same data, different order. Your choice.

There is no seller's-side CMA and buyer's-side opinion. Both parties read the same document.

Path One — Meydomo-Listed

Offer through the platform. Both sides see the same HomeIQ report. The seller evaluates all offers on their own criteria and timeline. No countdown clock. No pressure tactics. Qualified buyers can see anonymous competing offers and improve their own.

Path Two — Scout-Sourced External

For Scout-sourced properties, Ata IQ engages the listing agent directly — voice-to-voice — to present your offer and prepares the outreach email. Cooperative compensation collected. Any excess above $1,998 rebated to you at closing.

Cash at closing for cash buyers; financed purchases typically apply it to closing costs or a rate buydown per your lender's requirements.

Open browse. Anyone can open buy.meydomo.com and see the full property feed. No account required. Ata IQ available pre-authentication. The qualification gate exists only when you decide to become a buyer.

$1,998 flat, paid by the seller.

On a $500,000 purchase with 3% cooperative compensation ($15,000), you receive $13,002 back at closing. Meydomo's $1,998 flat fee is paid by the seller out of closing proceeds — the same mechanism as any buyer's agent commission. Any cooperative compensation above $1,998 is rebated to you at closing, explicitly permitted under Florida Administrative Code R. 61J2-10.028(2).

Cash buyers receive the rebate directly. For financed purchases, lenders typically require the credit be applied toward closing costs or a rate buydown rather than paid out as cash — plan the specifics with your lender.

For an investor acquiring ten properties annually at that price point, the fee differential is over $130,000.

We didn't discount the fee. We eliminated the overhead that generated it.

We are a software platform. We are also a licensed Florida brokerage.
